Next Day Delivery
If we receive your order by 11.00am, Monday through to Thursday, we can provide a next day delivery service to all UK Mainland customers. Please note that this offer is valid only for UK Mainland customers only and excludes Northern Ireland.
Larger items which exceed 1.5m in packaged length such as rods, are usually sent via Parcel Force on a 48L services which can take between 2 to 3 working days before the item is delivered to you providing the item is in stock.
If the item is out of stock we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland
Orders placed by customers in Northern Ireland are charged at a flat rate delivery fee of £25.00 per shipment.
Orders exceeding 10kg in weight may be charged an additional surcharge dependant on the order value. We will however notify you of this charge prior to preparing your order for dispatch.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are sent via Parcel Force and may take between 2 to 3 working says to reach you. When we have dispatched your order a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically so that you can track the progress of your order.
General Delivery Advice
All orders recevied by 11am Monday through to Friday are usually dispatched on the same day dependant on the item(s) ordered being in stock.
Our preferred couriers are; Royal Mail/Post Office, UK Mail and FedEx.
(Fedex is used only for deliveries of orders to customers located outside of the UK, prices for which are quoted before we process your order).
We process all orders using the information collected by you at the time of ordering. When your order is processed you are emailed with an order confirmation detailing the information that you have provided to us. Please ensure that you take a moment to check that all these details such delivery address, postal codes and any other special instructions that you may have are correct as will not be held accountable for any mistakes made during the order process. If you do spot any mistakes please get in contact with us straight away via email or by telephone quoting your order number and we will do all that we can to help.
Although we make every effort to ensure that all orders are prepared and packaged in order to get to you in one piece we appreciate that damages can occur from time to time. If you have received your order and find that an item or items are damaged please let us know via email or phone quoting your order number and we will do all that we can to assist you in sending the item back to us and replacing the item for you.
