The Daiwa SL30 or 'Slosh' multiplier fishing reel has proved so popular that it has even earned a nickname of the "Slosh". At one time discontinued by Daiwa, demand by anglers both from shore or on boat was so great that they reintroduced it to the UK, where it is still a good seller.It's popularity is due to the fast 6:1 retreive and slightly larger capacity which allows the use of heavier lines. Widely used in the Bristol Channel and Wales, many match anglers also keep one in their tackle box loaded with 25lb line for times when the going gets a little rough. Capacity 295m x 0.45mm
